Southwest Michigan Home Care Services, Inc. is a home health care company located in Coloma, Michigan. Established in 2002, Southwest Michigan Home Care Services has been helping people regain their quality of health in the comfort of their own homes for more than 7 years.

Our agency's criteria for home health care includes those who are having difficulty leaving their home; in need of skilled nursing care and/or rehabilitation services; under the care of a physician; and eligible for Medicare home care service provided by a certified agency.

The Southwest Michigan Home Care staff is trained to treat patients the way we expect our family members to be treated, which is providing the quality care that one deserves.

We provide our patients with quality care from a wide variety of health services that include dietary needs, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home visits by our Registered Nurses, certified home health aides, etc.
